- Show your Gift Card QR code before paying
- The restaurant or bar staff scans it and applies the balance to your bill
- One Gift Card per payment on-site
- Any leftover balance stays available until expiry
Online purchases include a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. Please note that this right may lapse if the Gift Card is delivered and used within that period with your prior consent. Full details are in the Digital Gift Card Terms.

What is a Kalle Halle Gift Card?
A digital gift card delivered by email and redeemable for eligible food and beverages at Kalle Halle’s permanent vendors.
Where can the Gift Card be used and what is excluded?
Food and drinks at Kalle Halle’s permanent vendors only. See who’s in at kallehalle.com/eat-and-drink. Not valid for temporary vendors, pop-ups, events, masterclasses, workshops, or merchandise.
How is the Gift Card delivered?
As soon as payment is confirmed, it lands in the inbox you specified at checkout. If it’s not there, check the spam folder or email us at market@kallehalle.com.
Can I use more than one gift card at a time?
No. Just one gift card per payment.
What happens to the remaining balance?
Whatever’s left stays on the card until it expires.
How do I check my balance?
You can check your Gift Card balance by emailing market@kallehalle.com with your Gift Card number or by asking a Kalle Halle manager on-site.
When does it expire?
Valid until 31 December of the third year after purchase. Buy one in 2026, use it any time until 31 December 2029.
Can it be redeemed for cash?
No, the card is for spending at Kalle Halle, not for cash redemption, except where required by law.
Can I cancel my online purchase?
Online purchases come with a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. Note that this may lapse if the card is delivered and used within that window with your consent. See the Digital Gift Card Terms for the full picture.
Can the Gift Card be given to someone else?
Yes. Buy it for yourself or gift it to a friend, family member, or guest.
